KASAR DEVI TEMPLE, ALMORA UTTARAKHAND (Day-4) comes under the Van Allen Belt.

Hello guys this is Praveen Kothari exploring "Uttarakhand Series" and in this video continuing from last episode now I am presenting you Kasar Devi Temple which is situated in Almora, also known as Hippie Hill. It is accessible through eight-km hike from Almora city or 10 km by road and little hike upto temple. The Kasar Devi Temple offers a pleasant view of the Almora city and Hawabagh Valley. One can also savour a 360 degree view of the majestic Himalayas peaks. According to NASA, this temple is situated on the Van Allen Belt of the planet. The area has a large geomagnetic field due to the gaps in the bands of the atmosphere. Kasar Devi is therefore blessed with cosmic energy.
